Planning your safari or hunting trip with Track-A-Hunt Safaris

General Information

ESSENTIALS TO BRING WITH YOU We suggest that no bright coloured clothing are brought, preferably khaki and jungle green. NO military camouflage is permitted to be worn. Well worn in hunting shoes are a necessity. A spare light pair, just in case your hunting shoes break. Sunscreen & Hat. Good binoculars (light weight) Camera with spare battery and extra film or memory card. A soft cover for your weapon while travelling in the vehicles. This is to avoid dust. All personal medication and toiletries.	MEDICAL This is a malaria area. We do spray the camp, and have mosquito nets, but we suggest you contact your physician for his advice on which prophylactics you should start taking prior to your departure. MARS – Medical Air Rescue Services – offers an emergency medical aid for the duration of your stay. Please advise if you require this medical aid. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Should you have any special requirements pertaining to diet, please advise prior to arrival.
DAILY RATES – INCLUDE: All accommodation, meals and drinks whilst in camp. Daily laundry service. Transportation within the hunting/photographic area. Field preparation and salting of trophies and delivery to local taxidermist.	DAILY RATE – EXCLUDES Hotel bills prior and after the hunt. Transfers to and from camp. Government Levies and Taxes. Medical Air Rescue Services. Gratuities. Any processing, packing and export of trophies.
Weather The winter months of May to August are mild and pleasant with temperatures ranging from 5 to 25 deg C, whilst the summer months are warm to hot, with October and November being the hottest period with temperatures sometimes exceeding 40 deg C.	TERMS & CONDITIONS A 50% deposit of daily rate is required to be received in order to secure your booking. Trophy fees and any extra costs are payable at the end of the safari.
